     Theophilus Edward Lucas-Clements was the son of Reverend Edward Lucas and Elizabeth Anne Clements.2 He married Elizabeth Beatrice Isabella Upton, daughter of Reverend Shuckburgh Whitney Upton, on 22 September 1829.1 He died in 1852.1
     He was given the name of Theophilus Edward Lucas at birth.1 On 2 July 1823 his name was legally changed to Theophilus Edward Lucas-Clements by Royal Licence.1 He lived at Rathkenny, County Cavan, IrelandG.1

     Theophilus Lucas-Clements was born on 15 October 1830.1 He was the son of Theophilus Edward Lucas-Clements and Elizabeth Beatrice Isabella Upton.2 He married, firstly, Emily Caroline Magill, daughter of William Magill, on 5 February 1861.1 He married, secondly, Agnes Jane Sterling, daughter of James Sterling, in November 1874.1 He died on 7 April 1898 at age 67.1
     He was educated at Cheltenham Cemetery, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Cavan in 1857.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cavan.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Cavan.1 He lived at Rathkenny, County Cavan, IrelandG.1
