     John Dunbar was the son of Sir Alexander Dunbar of Northfield, 5th Bt. and Hon. Margaret Arbuthnott.² He died in 1812, unmarried.¹

     From 23 March 1873, her married name became von Bothmer zu Schwegerhoff.¹
