William Montagu Baillie was born on 11 October 1827.1 He was the son of Evan Baillie of Dochfour and Lady Georgiana Frederica Montagu.1 He married Lady Theodosia Gertrude Proby, daughter of Admiral Granville Leveson Proby, 3rd Earl of Carysfort and Isabella Howard, on 10 September 1859.1 He died on 11 September 1902 at age 74.1
He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Bristol in 1860.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Inverness-shire.1

Caroline Eliza Montagu Baillie was the daughter of Evan Baillie of Dochfour and Lady Georgiana Frederica Montagu.1 She married William Draper Mortimer Best, 3rd Baron Wynford, son of William Samuel Best, 2nd Baron Wynford and Jane Thoyts, on 17 December 1857.2 She died on 16 January 1913.1

William Draper Mortimer Best, 3rd Baron Wynford was born on 2 August 1826.2 He is the son of William Samuel Best, 2nd Baron Wynford and Jane Thoyts.2 He married Caroline Eliza Montagu Baillie, daughter of Evan Baillie of Dochfour and Lady Georgiana Frederica Montagu, on 17 December 1857.2 He died on 27 August 1899 at age 73.2
