     David Ralph Davies-Cooke was born on 15 May 1930.² He was the son of Colonel Philip Ralph Davies-Cooke and Kathleen Mabel Davies-Cooke.^1,2 He married Henrietta Sarah Angénis Hoos, daughter of Edward Jan Hoos and Hon. Sarah Marie Adelaide Cust, on 23 April 1955.¹ He died on 20 May 2007 at age 77.³
