     Margaret Charteris was born on 8 February 1800.1 She was the daughter of Francis Charteris-Wemyss-Douglas, 8th Earl of Wemyss and Margaret Campbell.1 She married Colonel John Wildman in December 1824.1 She died on 22 October 1825 at age 25.1
     Her married name became Wildman.

     Her married name became Fletcher.

     From 3 September 1829, her married name became Grant-Suttie.1

     Lt.-Col. Hon. Richard Charteris was born on 25 July 1822.2 He was the son of Francis Wemyss-Charteris, 9th Earl of Wemyss and Lady Louisa Bingham.2 He married Lady Margaret Butler, daughter of Richard Butler, 2nd Earl of Glengall and Margaret Lauretta Mellish, on 2 August 1858.2 He died on 16 March 1874 at age 51.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Scots Guards.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) of County Tipperary.2

     Lady Margaret Butler was the daughter of Richard Butler, 2nd Earl of Glengall and Margaret Lauretta Mellish. She married Lt.-Col. Hon. Richard Charteris, son of Francis Wemyss-Charteris, 9th Earl of Wemyss and Lady Louisa Bingham, on 2 August 1858.1 She died on 21 February 1915.1
     Her married name became Charteris.

     John Spencer Churchill Guest was born on 14 May 1913.1 He is the son of Hon. Christian Henry Charles Guest and Hon. Frances Henrietta Lyttelton.1 He married Margaret Hetherington Houck, daughter of Henry Craft Houck, on 23 October 1948.1 He died on 14 May 1997 at age 84.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1937 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1

     Captain Edmund Butler Charteris was born on 28 September 1870.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Richard Charteris and Lady Margaret Butler.1 He married, firstly, Lilian Clare Richards, daughter of Andrew Knox Richards, in 1918.1 He and Lilian Clare Richards were divorced in 1921.1 He married, secondly, Dorothy Alice Dean, daughter of James Dean, on 20 March 1939.1 He died on 2 July 1939 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Horse Guards.1 He was Private Secretary to the Secretary of the War Office.1 He was awarded the Legion d'Honneur.1
