     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Galway in 1814.³ He lived at Castleboy, County Galway, Ireland.³ He lived at Roxborough, County Galway, Ireland^G.¹

     Maria Wade was born on 21 January 1785 at County Galway, Ireland^G.² She was the daughter of Samuel Wade and Catherine Davies.^1,2 She married Robert Persse, son of William Persse and Sarah Blakeney, on 29 May 1801 at County Galway, Ireland^G.² She died on 29 November 1810 at age 25 at Roxborough House, County Galway, Ireland^G.²
     From 29 May 1801, her married name became Persse.²

     Samuel Wade was born on 16 February 1748.² He married Catherine Davies, daughter of Thomas Davies.² He died on 17 August 1826 at age 78.²

     Anne Blood was born circa 1785 at County Clare, Ireland^G.^2,3 She was the daughter of Neptune Blood and Marianne Davies.¹ She married William Blakeney Persse, son of William Persse and Sarah Blakeney, on 25 May 1801.^1,2 She died before 8 November 1841 at Athenry, County Galway, Ireland^G.²
     From 25 May 1801, her married name became Persse.¹

     Neptune Blood was born circa 1752.² He was the son of William Blood and Ann Chadwick.² He married Marianne Davies, daughter of Thomas Davies.² He died on 3 October 1797, aged 45.²
     He gained the rank of Ensign in 1769 in the 61st Regiment.² He lived at Applevale, County Clare, Ireland^G.¹

     Marianne Davies was the daughter of Thomas Davies.¹ She married Neptune Blood, son of William Blood and Ann Chadwick.¹ She died on 1 November 1837.¹
