     He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Wolseley, of Wolseley, co. Stafford [E., 1628] on 3 October 1846.¹

     Marianne Wolseley was the daughter of Sir Charles Wolseley, 7th Bt. and Mary Clifford.² She married Francis de Lousada, Marques de Lousada de San Miniato on 25 November 1834.¹ She died on 1 November 1881.¹
