Reverend William Monckton Annesley was born on 23 January 1875.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Arthur Annesley and Anna Maria Monckton.2 He married Gladys May Kathleen Fowler, daughter of Uriah Fowler, on 14 June 1938.1 He died on 26 February 1951 at age 76, without issue.1

Armagh [I., 1620] on 6 October 1949, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 13th Baron Mountnorris, of Mountnorris, co. Armagh [I., 1629] on 6 October 1949, de jure.1 He succeeded as the 13th Viscount of Valentia, co. Kerry [I., 1622] on 6 October 1949, de jure.1 He never proved his claim to his titles.1
