     Victoria Anne Michell Lane was born on 22 February 1962.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony William Lane and Catharine Elizabeth Eyre Jeffreys.²

     Colonel William Eyre Matcham was born on 16 May 1865.¹ He was the son of William Eyre Eyre-Matcham and Mary Elizabeth Long.² He married Edith Evelyn Betterton, daughter of Henry Inman Betterton and Agnes Bucknall, on 23 January 1906.¹ He died on 13 September 1938 at age 73, without issue.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1902.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Duke of Edinburgh's Wiltshire Regiment.¹ He fought in the First World War, with the Remount Depot.¹

     Mary Susanna Trotman was born on 19 October 1790.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Trotman and Lucy Newsham.¹ She died on 28 September 1791.¹

     Edith Evelyn Betterton was the daughter of Henry Inman Betterton and Agnes Bucknall.² She married Colonel William Eyre Matcham, son of William Eyre Eyre-Matcham and Mary Elizabeth Long, on 23 January 1906.¹ She died on 27 November 1952.¹
     From 23 January 1906, her married name became Matcham.

     Mary Harriet Eyre Matcham was born on 2 May 1869.¹ She was the daughter of William Eyre Eyre-Matcham and Mary Elizabeth Long.² She died on 19 October 1944 at age 75, unmarried.¹
