He married Sofie von Sachsen-Lauenburg, daughter of Johann V Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg, in 1491. He married Anna von Schönburg in 1497. He died in 1526.

     Sofie von Sachsen-Lauenburg is the daughter of Johann V Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg. She married Antonius Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg, son of Otto II Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg-Pinneburg and Elisabeth Gräfin von Hohenstein, in 1491.

     Anna von Schönburg was born in 1479. She married Antonius Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg, son of Otto II Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg-Pinneburg and Elisabeth Gräfin von Hohenstein, in 1497. She died in 1533.
     Her married name became von Holstein-Schauenburg.

     Bernhard von Holstein-Schauenburg was born in 1444. He was the son of Otto II Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg-Pinneburg and Elisabeth Gräfin von Hohenstein. He died circa 1464.

     Johann IV Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg was born in 1449. He was the son of Otto II Graf von Holstein-Schauenburg-Pinneburg and Elisabeth Gräfin von Hohenstein. He married Cordula von Gehmen in 1482. He died in 1527.
