Lt.-Col. Ulick Francis Hussey de Burgh was born on 9 November 1900.1 He was the son of John Digby Townsend Hussey de Burgh and Elizabeth Mary Madara Cooper.2,1 He married Dorothy Spencer Fishe, daughter of Sydney Spencer Fishe, on 30 April 1943.1 He died on 2 March 1971 at age 70, without issue.1
