Lady Isabella St. Lawrence was the daughter of Thomas St. Lawrence, 1st Earl of Howth and Isabella King.1 She married Dudley Alexander Sydney Cosby, 1st and last Baron Sydney and Stradbally, son of Pole Cosby and Mary Dodwell, in December 1773.2 She died on 28 October 1836.

Dudley Alexander Sydney Cosby, 1st and last Baron Sydney and Stradbally was the son of Pole Cosby and Mary Dodwell.2 He married Lady Isabella St. Lawrence, daughter of Thomas St. Lawrence, 1st Earl of Howth and Isabella King, in December 1773.1 He died on 17 January 1774.
On 14 July 1768 Queen's County in the Peerage of Ireland.1 He was created 1st Baron Sydney, of Leix [Ireland] on 14 July 1768.1 He was created 1st Baron Stradbally, Queen's County [Ireland] on 14 July 1768.3 He held the office of Minister Plenipotentiary to the Court of Denmark.1 In his death, his peerages became extinct, and the estates passed to his cousin, Admiral Phillips Cosby.1

William Ulick Tristram St. Lawrence, 4th Earl of Howth was born on 25 June 1827.1 He was the son of Thomas St. Lawrence, 3rd Earl of Howth and Lady Emily de Burgh.1 He died on 9 March 1909 at age 81 at Hotel Metropole, Bournemouth, Hampshire, EnglandG, unmarried.1 He was buried on 15 March 1909 at Old Abbey of St. MaryG.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1847 in the 7th Hussars.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1854.1 He was State Steward to the Viceroy of Ireland between 1855 and 1858.1 He was State Steward to the Viceroy of Ireland between 1859 and 1866.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
