     Hon. Colin Mackenzie is the son of George Mackenzie, 2nd Earl of Seaforth and Barbara Forbes.¹

     Roderick Mackenzie is the son of George Mackenzie, 2nd Earl of Seaforth and Barbara Forbes.¹

     Thomas Mackenzie was the son of Kenneth Mackenzie, 1st Lord Mackenzie of Kintail and Isabel Ogilvy.¹
     He married twice and had two sons, although this line died out by 1829.¹

     Colin Mackenzie is the son of Sir Colin Mackenzie, 11th of Kintail and Barbara Grant.¹
     He was ancestor of the Mackenzies of Kinnock.¹ He lived at Killin, Scotland^G.¹

     Murdoch Mackenzie is the son of Sir Colin Mackenzie, 11th of Kintail and Barbara Grant.¹

     Jennette Mackenzie is the daughter of Sir Colin Mackenzie, 11th of Kintail and Barbara Grant.¹ She married Hector 'Og' Maclean, 11th of Duart and Morvern, son of Sir Lachlan 'Mor' Maclean, 10th of Duart and Morvern and Lady Margaret Cuninghame.²
     Her married name became Maclean.¹

     Sir Edward Bayntun was born in 1480.¹ He was the son of Sir John Bayntun and Joan Digges.² He married Isabel Leigh, daughter of Ralph Leigh and Joyce Culpeper.² He married Elizabeth Sulyard, daughter of Sir John Sulyard and Anne Andrews, circa 1505.¹ He died on 27 November 1544 at France.¹

     Thomas Fraser, 2nd of Strichen was the son of Thomas Fraser of Knockie, and 1st of Strichen and Isobel Forbes.² He married, firstly, Christian Forbes, daughter of William Forbes, 8th of Tolquhoun and Janet Ogilvy.² He married, secondly, Margaret Macleod, daughter of Torquil 'Conanach' MacLeod, circa 17 February 1629.¹ He died in March 1647/48.²
     He held the office of Sheriff of Inverness.²

     Kenneth Mackenzie of Scatwell was the son of Sir Roderick Mackenzie of Castle Leod and Margaret Macleod.¹ He married, secondly, Janet Ross, daughter of Walter Ross of Invercharron.² He married, firstly, Margaret Munro, daughter of Colonel Robert Munro of Foulis and Margaret Sutherland, in 1634.² He died on 3 March 1662.²
     He lived at Scatwell, Ross-shire, Scotland^G.¹

     Colin Mackenzie was the son of Sir Roderick Mackenzie of Castle Leod and Margaret Macleod.¹ He died in 1645.¹
