Frederick Clarke was born on 17 March 1846.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir Charles Clarke, 2nd Bt. and Rosa Mary Alexander.2 He married Adelaide Catherine Kerrison, daughter of Roger Allday Kerrison, on 22 November 1877.1 He died on 8 June 1921 at age 75.1
He graduated from Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising barrister.1 He was Assistant Secretary of the Legislative Council of Bengal.1 He was officiating Admininistrator-General of Bengal.1 He was Secretary of the Siamese Legation to Paris.1

William Alexander Clarke was born on 19 November 1848.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir Charles Clarke, 2nd Bt. and Rosa Mary Alexander.2 He married Helen Woodward, daughter of G. R. Woodward, on 10 August 1886.1 He died on 12 October 1920 at age 71.1

Rosa Helen Clarke was the daughter of Reverend Sir Charles Clarke, 2nd Bt. and Rosa Mary Alexander.2 She married Colonel William Garrow Waterfield on 16 June 1863.1 She died on 7 September 1905, leaving issue.1
