Herman George Ouseley, Baron Ouseley was born on 24 March 1945.2 He died on 2 October 2024 at age 79.3
He was Race Relations Advisor, Lambeth Borough Council between 1979 and 1981.2 He wrote the book The System, published 1981.2 He was Race Relations Advisor, Greater London Council between 1981 and 1984.2 He was chief executive, ILEA between 1988 and 1990.2 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1997.2 He was created Baron Ouseley, of Peckham Rye in the London Borough of Southwark [U.K. Life Peer] on 26 June 2001.1
